To those of you who are Comcast customers: thank you. To those of you who have experienced poor customer service from us, we apologize and thank you for sticking with us. We have been working hard on customer service improvements – from technology to training, and billing to store renovations – so that you get the great experience you deserve.

One aspect of our goal to transform your experience as a customer is through investment in our digital care team.

In doing so, we’ve tripled our digital care team and improved social media response time by 95%.
