Comcast is Stuffing the Bus for Kids with United Way
Comcast is partnering with United Way to increase awareness and donations for the 2024/25 school year Stuff the Bus initiative.
Join us on July 20, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Farmington Xfinity Store, 280 N Union Ave., Station Park in Farmington. Our family-friendly event will feature fun activities for a great cause.
This event is FREE, and we encourage those who can bring school supplies for our youth and enjoy activities, including:
- Snow Cone Truck: Enjoy a refreshing snow cone, free with your donation of school supplies.
- Cornhole and other Family Games: Participate in cornhole games and other fun activities designed for the whole family.
Here is a list of supplies local students need: backpacks, notebooks, pencils, pens, crayons, markers, folders, binders, glue sticks, scissors, and even the basics like rulers and erasers.
At Comcast NBCUniversal, we believe in making a difference in the communities we serve. Our Stuff the Bus event sponsorship is part of our commitment to corporate responsibility and community engagement.
Participating in the Stuff the Bus school supply campaign ensures that every child has the tools they need for a successful school year. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to community well-being.
Supporting educational initiatives aligns with our core values. Through meaningful partnerships like this one, Comcast strives to improve the lives of those in our community.
If you can’t make it to Farmington on July 20, we invite you to say hello and visit your nearest participating Xfinity store through August 3 to donate much-needed school supplies and support United Way’s Stuff the Bus campaign.
