Comcast Utah Receives Business Champion of the Year Award
On October 5, Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce held its fifth annual Business and Education Partnership Awards. The award celebrates business relationships that enhance educational opportunities available to youth in the community.
“Comcast helped create an opportunity for the community to come together,” Boyd McAffee, President of Provo Education Foundation.
Josh Floisand, Xfinity Store Manager, accepted the Business Champion of the Year Award on behalf of Comcast.
Josh led this year’s Comcast Cares Day at Provo High School. Over 800 volunteers joined forces to help Provo High School prepare for the move to their new building.
“One of Comcast’s most important pillars is reinvesting in our local communities,” said Josh Floisand, Xfinity Store Manager. “It has been incredible to see this come to life through our annual day of giving, Comcast Cares Day.”
