The Utah Golf Championship finished off with a bang! Comcast teamed up with the Web.com Tour to treat children from the Boys and Girls Club of Weber Davis to a Kid’s Golf Clinic at Oak Ridge Country Club. Children received one-on-one golf lessons from pros competing in the Championship on Saturday, July 15. Forty kids participated in the clinic and learned a wide range of techniques from how to drive, putt, stand, and hold a club. All of the kids also received a free golf club courtesy of the Utah Section PGA!

“Boys & Girls Clubs of Weber-Davis was so excited to partner with Comcast and the Utah Golf Championship for the Kid’s Clinic. Our youth has so much fun learning to golf from PGA Tour professionals and getting active,” said Kate Bideaux, Executive Director, Boys & Girls Clubs of Weber-Davis. “The experience exposed so many High need youth to the sport and provided them with amazing role models. Our partnership with Comcast is invaluable!”
