We’ve narrowed our service windows to 2 hours or less, but we know that isn’t enough. We don’t want to waste your time. You have things to do and waiting for us to show up shouldn’t be one of them. You should know when we’re arriving.

That is why we are excited to soon roll out a “tech tracker” where customers will be able to track a technician’s progress on a map.

Customers with scheduled appointments will be notified through the app when our technician is about 30 minutes away from arriving at their house. The app can be viewed from the office, school, store, or wherever they are so customers can head home to meet the tech.

The new app will also include a “rate the experience” feature so customers can give feedback regarding the quality of service received from the tech.

We’re still in trial-mode for the app and if all goes well, we’re hoping to launch the app in the new year.
