Lori Bolen, owner of The Sister Shop, is presented with a certificate by Paul Merritt, Director of Commercial Sales in Utah.

We love supporting our local community here in Utah.  The Sister Shop in North Logan and Happy Monkey Hummus in Salt Lake City were recently selected as regional winners of the Innovations 4 Entrepreneurs (I4E) program.

Along with 30 small business winners from around the nation, the two companies were awarded $5,000 in cash, Comcast Business Internet and TV services for two years, and $2,500 to be used for other Comcast services. Both companies will also receive services from partners of Comcast Upware, including Cisco, Microsoft, Symantec, DocuSign, Soonr and Swiftpage Engage.

Lori Bolan, owner of  The Sister Shop said, “We have been wanting to start our own clothing line, so I was able to use the money to buy some fabric to get some custom clothing in our store.”

David McFate of Happy Monkey Hummus and Bolen were selected based on essays each wrote about their experience using Comcast Business Internet.

Congratulations to them both!
