Comcast Business and Inc. Magazine announced that 32 small business owners from across the U.S. have been named regional winners in the Innovations 4 Entrepreneurs Program, a national competition that will award more than $600,000 in cash and services ti aspiring entrepreneurs who are leveraging technology to enhance their business.
Local Utah businesses Happy Monkey Hummus & The Sister Shop were honored at a special award celebration with business leaders and community members at the Comcast Utah office in Sandy on Thursday, June 19. Special guests Isaac Jacobson and Brandon Fugal were onsite to lead the celebration.
Along with 30 small business winners from around the nation, Happy Monkey Hummus and The Sister Shop will be awarded $5,000 in cash, Comcast Business Internet and TV services for two years, and $2,500 to be used for other Comcast services. Both companies will also receive services from partners of Comcast Upware, including Cisco, Microsoft, Symantec, DocuSign, Soonr and Swiftpage Engage.
