50 Days Until Comcast Cares Day!

We are very excited for Comcast Cares Day this year! On April 26, we’ll be at 11 different project sites across Utah, lending a hand at schools, community centers, parks and other locations. A record-breaking 7,000+ volunteers participated last year! 

Breakfast, lunch and t-shirts will be provided. Come join us!

City Project Description
Salt Lake City West High School: 241 North 300 West West High School is the oldest high school in Utah and was established in 1890.  Volunteer projects will include cleaning, landscape projects, painting and more.
Salt Lake City South Salt Lake: City-wide projects South Salt Lake is home to more than 23,000 residents. Volunteers will work together on various projects in the city, including tree planting, landscape, painting, cleaning, and more.
Holladay Bonneville Jr. High/ Spring Lane Elementary: 5330 S. 1660 E. This project is part of Granite School District. The two schools sit within walking distance of each other. Projects include landscaping and painting the elementary’s 4 atriums, landscaping, painting and cleaning at Bonneville Jr. High.
Riverton Riverton High School

Riverton High School is the largest high school in the state, serving 1,978 students. Projects include cleaning, landscaping the fields, weeding, planting and more.
West Jordan Sunset Ridge Middle School: 8292 S. Skyline Arch Sunset Ridge Middle School holds 1400 students and continues to grow. Volunteer projects at this school include cleaning windows, bleachers, halls, filling in holes around school yard, landscaping and more.
West Jordan West Jordan City: City-wide projects West Jordan City has a population of 103,712, ranking as the fourth most populous city in the state. City-wide projects include landscaping, painting, rebuilding benches, planting trees, trash clean up and more.
Taylorsville Taylorsville High School/Plymouth Elementary/Hartvigsen: 5220 S. 1470 W. Taylorsville High, Plymouth Elementary and Hartvigsen are all schools within the Granite School District and all three share a parking a lot. Projects include: replace gravel on playground with rubber mulch, painting, replacing skirts on outdoor classrooms and more.
Salt Lake City The Road Home: 210 S. Rio Grande Street The Road Home provides a variety of services to help people overcome homelessness. Volunteer projects for the Road Home include cleaning and improving Palmer Court subsidized apartments.
 Provo High School Provo High School: 1125 N. University Ave. Provo High School is a secondary school located in Provo, Utah. The school was founded in 1912. Some of the volunteer projects include: improving the baseball and softball fields, weeding and mulching planter beds around campus, deep cleaning walls and more.
Roy Roy City: City-wide projects Roy City’s population is more than 37,604 people. Volunteer projects include laying sod, removing weeds, planting trees at Emma Russell Park and planting trees, painting, and weeding at Meadow Creek Pond.
Hyrum Hyrum City: City-wide projects Hyrum City is located in Cache County, Utah. The population of Hyrum is more than 7,758 people. Projects include: planting sod, raking dirt, planting trees, trimming trees and more.
Tucson Northwest YMCA

The YMCA of Southern Arizona, as a cause-driven organization, strives to empower youth through physical activity and educational programs. Projects include deep cleaning, painting, and landscaping / beautifying.
Tucson Flowing Wells Jr. High: 4545 North La Cholla Blvd. Flowing Wells School District serves 6,000 students in a tight-knit community in northwest Tucson. Volunteer projects include re-striping outdoor courts, refurbishing the front office, and painting projects.
