Comcast threw a party at the Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo to celebrate the Winter Games for more than 1,100 people! Gold Medal speed skaters, Derek Parra and Chad Hedrick were there to greet fans, pose for pictures and sign autographs.
Party goers enjoyed the Opening Ceremony projected on two jumbo screens, and there were activities for all ages. Kids showed their spirit by coloring pictures depicting their own Olympic dreams, and making gold medals to wear. Families posed for photos with winter sports equipment in front of a beautiful winter scene back drop and many got their faces painted with colorful sports and winter themes.
Lots of folks dropped by the Comcast booths throughout the evening to play games, get treats, and enter to win prizes. One lucky person even walked away with an iPad Mini!
