My Account: How to access your Comcast account info
June 11, 2013
Last week, we discussed Comcast’s online self-service tool called My Account – where you can pay your bill, troubleshoot issues, check appointments, and more without the need to call customer service or visit a service center.
If you’re a Comcast customer, you automatically have access to this self-service portal.
What you need to log in to My Account:
- Comcast ID or username (or an email address associated with your account)
- Password
- Don’t have a Comcast ID/username? Get one here. Or, if you ever forget your Comcast ID, you can find it using the UID Lookup Tool.
Forgot your password?
If you ever forget, lose or simply just want to change your password for My Account, it’s a breeze.
Below are 7 steps to resetting your Comcast password:
- Go to the Forgot Your Password page and enter your Comcast ID, Comcast email address or an email address linked to your account.
- Click Next.
- Enter the security code in the box. Please note: The code has been distorted for security reasons.
- Click Next.
- Answer your secret question (that you created during account set up) and enter your zip code.
- Click Next.
- Create your new password and click Finish.
You can also chat online with a customer service representative to reset your Comcast password.
