End Earth Week with a bang: Comcast Cares Day is this Saturday!
Utah’s ninth annual Comcast Cares Day in is in just a few days and it’s the perfect way to celebrate the end to Earth Week. Everyone is invited to come help beautify Utah with projects like clearing debris, planting flowers, and painting at schools, parks and community centers.
As we said in our last post, from at 8 a.m. to noon on April 27th, we’ll be hosting service projects at 11 different locations along the Wasatch Front and in the Cache Valley (see locations below). We’ll be providing volunteers with a free breakfast and lunch – as well as free Digital Literacy Training for all school locations!
Tips and fun facts:
- There are projects suitable for all ages and abilities.
- If you have a conflicting schedule, stop by when your schedule allows.
- Families and friends who wish to work together will have a greater chance to do so if they are in the registration line at the same time.
- This is the first year that Comcast Cares Day will be going international! We’ll also be in England, France, Germany and New Zealand.
