BIG day in Utah on April 27 – will you be there?
In Utah on April 27th, over 5000 people across the state will be doing the same thing at once. Beginning at 8 a.m. and reaching to the noon hour, throngs of people will gather in 11 different locations around Utah to do one thing for four hours: volunteer.
It’s called Comcast Cares Day and for the past nine years in Utah, Comcast employees, their friends and families and the community have worked together to help local schools, community centers and parks through projects like painting schools, removing graffiti, planting flowers and installing benches. Plus, Comcast provides everyone free breakfast, lunch and T-shirt!
And it’s not just in Utah – Comcast Cares Day is held all across the country. Why does Comcast hold such a day? Because we believe it is important to give back to the community. When we help neighborhoods to sustain healthy places to live, work and play, we all win.
Don’t be left out! Below, check out the places you can join in on and then email us at Jessica_Klemm@cable.comcast.com to request a registration form and to find out more about what each location will be working on.
