January XFINITY On Demand Highlights

It’s a new year and Comcast’s Xfinity On Demand and Xfinity Online is delivering doubly fresh content to go along with that bubbly!

First, here is a quick rundown of the stuff you absolutely can’t miss in January from Xfinity On Demand:

  • Showtime Freeview – From January 11th through the 13th, all digital subscribers can access a free preview of Showtime On Demand. Plus, the season premieres of their hit shows Shameless, House of Lies and Californication will be available early On Demand on the Friday before they premiere on Showtime Sunday night. Available on the main menu under Showtime Freeview and under Premium Channels>SHO On Demand.
  • Free Disney Family Movies – From January 15th through the 21st, sample a selection of Disney’s classics: Robin Hood, The Sword in the Stone, White Fang and more. Available on the main menu under Free Disney Movies.
  • Super Bowl – Starting January 22nd, get ready for the big game with content from the NFL Network including 30-minute recaps of every Super Bowl. Top Picks>Super Bowl Hilights.
  • Golden Globes – The 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards is on Sunday, January 13th! If you can’t stand the wait, satisfy your craving with a collection featuring some of the nominated TV shows and films, like Downton Abbey, The Good Wife, Mad Men, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, Arbitrage, and The Hunger Games – all of which are now available through January 13th.   • Get Fit & Healthy – From January 1st through the 14th, Fitness Workouts and Discovery Fit & Health will be launching new workouts and tips, making it easier for viewers to keep their New Year’s resolutions.  Available under Top Picks>Get Fit & Healthy
  • POTUS Then & Now – The U.S. Presidential Inauguration swearing-in ceremony is on January 21st! Celebrate the inauguration of the President of the United States (POTUS) from January 14th through the 28th with Xfinity On Demand with biographies from presidents past and some of their first ladies, including a biography of our 45th president Barack Obama.  Available under Top Picks>POTUS
