By logging into My Account at customer.comcast.com, you get 24-hour access to an array of useful tips, information and easy-to-understand self-help services such as step-by-step instructional videos. From the comfort of your home computer or on the go with your smartphone, you can also: order our services, complete self-installs, upgrade services, troubleshoot issues, check appointments, pay your bills and more.

Comcast also provides customers a way to control exactly when you want to install your service – rather than waiting for a technician. Self-Install Kits are an easy way to install your own Xfinity Internet, TV and Voice services. The kit comes nicely packaged in a small box that can be shipped straight to your door or picked up at your local Xfinity store or customer service center.
