However, doing that can sometimes mean exposing your kids to content that isn’t appropriate for their age.
That’s why XFINITY and the Daily Herald put together a Parental Controls Seminar to help Utah parents navigate the complicated media landscape. Come to the Utah Valley Convention Center on Saturday, Jan. 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to hear from experts in media and child development. You’ll learn about the effects of media on children and what you can do to make media work for your family. The seminar is free and open to the public.
