If you’re a Comcast customer, you can get quick and easy info about your account without having to log in online or call customer service with text and email alerts. With the free alert service, you can see your current balance, payment confirmations, check for possible service outages, and more.
Get started:
- Click on “Users & Preferences”
- In the “Manage your alerts” box, select the boxes that correspond with what types of alerts you want to receive
- Sign up for text alerts by registering your mobile phone
To get certain alerts delivered to your phone, just text the number 266278 (COMCST) with the following commands to retrieve your account information:Sign in to My Account on a desktop or laptop
BAL – Check your balance.
OUT – Check for service outages.
LOC – Find a Comcast Service Center.
NOAPPT – Cancel a service appointment.
COMMAND – See all available features.
HELP – Get additional service information.
STOP – Unsubscribe from Comcast text alerts.
